So, are you familiar with the ways of picking a shampoo that is appropriate, taking to account your hair and its qualities?
 First thing to remember is that shampoos are focused on cleansing and preserving the hair, which is why choosing the right one for yourself is a very important matter. To be on the right track, it is a good idea to get familiar with the different categories of shampoos. Those include:
Shampoos for dry and exhausted hair, rich with natural oils for moisturizing the hair on the surface;
The very opposite of the previous, shampoos for oily/greasy hair, based on natural, balanced, active ingredients that remove any fat and heavy, greasy effect from your hair;
Shampoos for discoloured and dull hair that focus on increasing the protein intake to the scalp;
And the anti-dandruff shampoos that work well regardless whether your scalp is rather dry or greasy. Dandruff is the outcome of scalp inflammation. And to calm this inflammation, I advise to use a PH neutral shampoo(!)
